Job Summary

This is a full time HR Internship on-site role at VMax Wellness in Coimbatore. You will be supporting the Human Resources team in various tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Roles and responsibilities

- Candidate Screening: Assist with the initial review and screening of resumes and applications against job requirements.

- Interview Logistics: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and internal interview panels.

- Job Board Management: Publish and manage open positions across external job boards, corporate websites, and professional social media channels.

- Onboarding Facilitation: Prepare comprehensive orientation materials, coordinate schedules, and assist in conducting new-hire orientations while securing all required documentation.

Requirements

- 0 - 6 months of experience in hiring.

- Graduate of a bachelor's degree in human resources or Masters in Business Administration / MSW.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute.
