Location: Okhla Phase 2, Recent Delhi (In-Office)

Office timings: Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Stipend: ₹6,000 - ₹10,000 per month

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern who wants to work directly with the founder and gain exposure to startup operations, marketing, business strategy, AI tools, and international education.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the team on day-to-day business, operational, and strategic initiatives
- Assist with hiring and recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining hiring trackers, and supporting onboarding
- Coordinate with different teams to track tasks, deadlines, priorities, and project progress, ensuring important work moves forward on time
- Manage and maintain internal project management and workflow tools, dashboards, trackers, and documentation




- Support the execution of product, operations, marketing, sales, and business development initiatives as required
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other management-level documentation and analysis
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and help develop better systems, workflows, and automation
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve internal processes, research, productivity, and business operations

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech, or related degree
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, and AI tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting
- Interest in international education, immigration, startups, marketing, or technology

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
