About the Role

MYWHY Consultants is looking for a HR Intern to join our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, candidate coordination, sourcing, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, databases, and recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, documentation, and joining.
- Support recruiters in managing daily hiring targets and closures.
- Assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support other HR and recruitment-related activities as required.

Requirements




- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
