About the Role

Skill Paradise is looking for a Human Resources Executive to build and manage a strong HR and recruitment network while supporting candidates throughout their journey from training to successful placement.

The role will involve candidate sourcing, placement coordination, candidate relationship management, feedback collection, and employability training. The HR Executive will work closely with candidates and companies to facilitate suitable placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a robust HR/recruiter network across companies and industries.
- Identify and develop relationships with organizations that have relevant hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with company HR teams regarding job openings and candidate placement opportunities.
- Maintain a database of candidates and track their placement status.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, job opportunities, selection processes, and joining formalities.
- Follow up with placed candidates and employers to ensure a smooth placement process.
- Collect candidate and employer feedback whenever required.
- Identify candidate skill gaps and coordinate with the training team to address them.
- Prepare candidates for interviews through mock interviews, interview guidance, resume reviews, and basic placement preparation.
- Conduct or coordinate mock interview sessions to improve candidates' confidence and interview performance.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the placement process.
- Build long-term relationships with both candidates and corporate HR professionals.




- Maintain placement records, follow-up reports, and other relevant HR documentation.
- Support Skill Paradise's overall training-to-placement ecosystem.

Incentive Structure This is an incentive-based role.

The Human Resources Executive will receive an incentive for every candidate successfully placed through their efforts and coordination.

The incentive will be applicable when the candidate successfully completes the placement process as defined by Skill Paradise.

Ideal Candidate

- Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with both candidates and corporate HR/recruiters.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple candidates.
- Good understanding of recruitment and placement processes.
- Confident in conducting or coordinating mock interviews and candidate preparation.
- Prior experience in recruitment, placement, HR, staffing, business development, or career counselling is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also be considered.

Role Type: Incentive-Based Primary Objective: Build the HR network and successfully facilitate placements for Skill Paradise candidates.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
