Manage end-to-end HR operations for a pharma plant. Handle blue & white-collar recruitment, daily attendance, payroll preparation, and statutory compliances (PF/ESIC). Ensure personnel adhere to WHO-GMP standards and manage grievances.
Required Candidate profile
2-5 yrs HR generalist exp in a manufacturing plant (pharma preferred). Robust knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESIC portals, and advanced Excel. Proven ability to handle factory grievances. MBA s a plus.
