HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Experience: 1- 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to support HR and employee-related requirements.
- Handle employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling and HR operations.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding.
- Drive HR policies, processes and compliance across assigned locations.
- Analyse HR data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support training, development and talent management initiatives.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Skills: Robust communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and HRMS knowledge.
