– HR Recruiter - ITs And Non ITs Profiles

Position: HR Recruiter (Core )

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Jaipur

Work Mode: Work From Office / Work From Home

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 CTC (PF & ESIC) + Incentives (Target Based)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
- Work on SE, MI and other technical/non-technical profiles as per business requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate salaries and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet Monthly recruitment targets. (for incentives)
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Requirements




- 2+ years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment preferred.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Candidates with experience in target-based recruitment will be preferred.
