We are seeking a results-driven, self-motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT domains. This role is 100% remote and operates strictly on a performance-based incentive model, offering high earning potential with complete schedule flexibility.

Role & responsibilities

- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Identify, attract, and engage candidates for mid-level Non-IT roles using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and qualified networks.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct preliminary phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client & Candidate Management: Schedule interviews, coordinate evaluation feedback, and guide candidates through the offer and onboarding phases.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of hiring trends within Non-IT sectors (e.g., Sales,



Operations, Finance, Customer Support, Marketing).

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Prior experience in Non-IT recruitment (agency or corporate). HR Interns with hands-on talent acquisition experience are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for evaluating mid-level candidates.
- Infrastructure: Must possess a personal laptop/computer and a high-speed, reliable internet connection.
- Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills, self-discipline, and a target-driven mindset suitable for commission-only arrangements.
