Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 6+ years of experience and robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment operations, leading the HR/recruitment team, and ensuring timely hiring and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and joining.




- Manage and mentor the recruitment/HR team and track daily performance.
- Handle multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and monitor key hiring metrics.
- Drive recruitment targets, TAT, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Support onboarding, employee coordination, and other HR activities.
- Identify and improve recruitment processes and team productivity.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
