About the Role
Shyamoli Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager Pan India to manage and strengthen HR operations across multiple locations.
The role will be responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, training, statutory compliance and HR policy implementation across the organization's Pan India operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing a large and geographically distributed workforce, preferably within transportation, logistics, hospitality, retail, service or other operationally intensive industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pan India HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple branches and operational locations.
- Establish standardized HR processes and ensure their implementation across locations.
- Monitor attendance, leave, employee records, transfers, promotions and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting to senior management.
- Conduct regular visits to branches and operational locations to understand workforce issues.
2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Prepare manpower plans based on business and operational requirements.
- Lead recruitment for operational, supervisory, executive and managerial positions.
- Develop effective sourcing channels for Pan India hiring.
- Coordinate with branch/unit managers for manpower requirements.
- Monitor recruitment TAT, joining ratio, attrition and manpower gaps.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and operational positions.
3. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
- Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Resolve employee issues fairly and within defined timelines.
- Maintain healthy employee-management relations across locations.
- Handle disciplinary matters, absenteeism, misconduct and workplace issues in accordance with company policy.
- Promote a qualified, disciplined and positive work culture.
4. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor the organization's performance management system.
- Define and track KRAs/KPIs in coordination with department heads.
- Coordinate appraisal, confirmation, promotion and performance improvement processes.
- Identify underperforming employees and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- Support managers in effective performance evaluation.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training and development requirements across departments.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding programs.
- Develop training programs for operational employees, supervisors and managers.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support leadership development and internal career progression.
6. Payroll & HR Administration
- Coordinate with payroll/finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions and leave inputs.
- Ensure employee master data is updated and accurate.
- Maintain proper employee documentation and HR records.
- Monitor HRMS/HRIS data and ensure timely updates.
7. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS and other applicable statutory processes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and consultants whenever required.
- Keep management informed about important regulatory changes affecting HR operations.
8. HR Policies & Process Improvement
- Develop, review and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Standardize HR practices across branches and locations.
- Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend improvements.
- Implement HR systems and processes that improve productivity and employee experience.
- Maintain appropriate HR documentation and controls.
9. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop employee engagement initiatives across locations.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and workforce morale.
- Analyse attrition and identify the key reasons for employee turnover.
- Develop retention strategies for critical and operational manpower.
- Promote recognition and reward initiatives.
10. HR MIS & Analytics
- Prepare monthly HR MIS for management.
- Track manpower strength, vacancies, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism and employee costs.
- Analyse HR trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain location-wise manpower and HR dashboards.
- Present HR performance reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile
Education:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Graduate degree in any discipline with relevant HR experience may also be considered.
Experience:
- 8–12 years of overall HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Pan India / multi-location HR operations is preferred.
- Candidates from transportation, logistics, hospitality, retail, FMCG, facility management or other high-volume operational industries will be preferred.
