Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.

- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) process and support performance appraisal activities.
- Coordinate with department heads and managers for manpower requirements and employee performance reviews.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and employee records.
- Support HR operations, employee engagement, and employee relations activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports, and MIS.




- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- 3----6 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, and PMS.
- Experience in the Manufacturing or Textile industry will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and performance management processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities and work independently.
