Position: HR Executive

Location: Degam near by Vapi

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update HRMS, employee records, attendance, leave and payroll-related data.
- Handle joining formalities, onboarding, documentation and employee records.
- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-up.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave and other HR matters.
- Support HR operations, employee engagement activities and company events.
- Maintain HR documentation, contracts, statutory records and compliance-related documents.
- Prepare HR reports,



MIS and other management reports as required.
- Coordinate with various departments for manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
- Assist in maintaining discipline, employee relations and smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Support general HR & administrative activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of HRMS and MS Office.
- Solid coordination, documentation and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic HR processes, statutory compliance and employee lifecycle management.

Required Qualification:

- BBA/MBA - HR

Salary: Up to 3.00 LPA
