Job Title: HR Executive (Recruiter)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR recruiter to manage our full-cycle of recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. This role plays a critical part in building a strong employer brand and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video), and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain applicant tracking systems.




- Assist in onboarding recent hires and coordinating background checks or offer letters.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and report on hiring activity.
- Stay up to date with labor legislation, recruitment trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
