Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and supporting a positive and inclusive work environment.

The Human Resources

Executive will coordinate performance management activities, assist with recruitment and selection, and support training and development initiatives.



The role also includes collaborating with leadership on HR strategies, compliance with labor regulations, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance-related activities.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to manage grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster an inclusive culture.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including creating, updating, and implementing HR guidelines aligned with local labor laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience working in healthcare or technology-driven organizations is beneficial.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
