About the Role

3Wheels AI is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment, to help us build a great team.

Key Requirements

- MBA in Human Resources

- 3+ years of relevant HR experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in recruitment and HR operations

- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment

- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

- Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records

- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture

- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently across the organization

- Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee grievance handling

Pay: ₹11,013.11 - ₹25,098.26 per month
