We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and HR documentation, and assisting with employee queries and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel documentation.

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring required documentation is completed.

- Prepare HR letters, reports, trackers and routine correspondence.

- Assist with attendance, leave and employee data management.

- Coordinate with employees and internal teams regarding HR-related requests.

- Support payroll inputs by maintaining accurate employee and attendance information.

- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures and internal processes.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organisational information.





- Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations or recruitment support.

- Working knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.

- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Robust organisational and documentation skills.

- Clear written and verbal communication.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- High attention to detail and professional handling of confidential information.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with HRMS or applicant tracking systems.

- Basic understanding of Indian employment and HR practices.

- Experience preparing HR reports, trackers and employee documentation.

Pay: ₹20,105.31 - ₹35,743.41 per month
