Real Capital Ventures is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Assistant General Manager (AGM) Real Estate Sales to drive business growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and strengthen our presence in Bangalore's premium, luxury, and ultra-luxury real estate market. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership capabilities, extensive market knowledge, and a proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth within the real estate channel partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Drive overall sales strategy and revenue generation for the organization.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Identify current business opportunities, market segments, and growth avenues.
Build and maintain robust relationships with developers, clients, and key stakeholders.





Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Property Consultants.
Establish sales goals, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
Foster a high-performance and target-driven sales culture.

Client & Developer Relationship Management
Manage strategic relationships with leading developers and channel partners.
Oversee high-value client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
Strengthen the company's brand presence and market reputation.

Strategic Planning & Operations
Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and business performance metrics.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision making.
