Key Responsibilities : -

- Partner with Sales Heads, RSMs, ASMs and field teams on people-related matters.

- Understand sales manpower requirements and drive end-to-end recruitment for sales positions.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical sales roles.

- Drive KRA, performance review, PIP and performance improvement processes.

- Analyse sales team performance, productivity, attrition and manpower trends.

- Conduct regular employee connects and identify engagement and retention issues.

- Support onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers and other employee lifecycle processes.

- Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary/corrective actions.

- Conduct field visits to understand ground-level employee and business challenges.

- Ensure implementation of HR policies across the Sales function.

- Prepare HR MIS and dashboards covering manpower, recruitment, attrition and performance.

- Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to Sales leadership.

- Support retention and development of high performers and critical talent.

Desired profile of the candidate : -





- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

- 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP supporting Channel/Field Sales.

- Strong experience in Sales recruitment and performance management.

- Good understanding of distribution/channel sales and field-force challenges.

- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.

- Data-driven, business-oriented and solution focused.

- Comfortable interacting with frontline sales teams and senior Sales leadership.

- Willingness to travel to market locations as required.
