We’re looking for Hotel Receptionists to join our team at a hotel located at Sootmill Bypass.

Job Location: Sootmill Bypass

Qualification: Graduation

Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹16,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred; Freshers are welcome

The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, welcoming guests, managing reservations and check-in/check-out, handling guest queries and coordinating with different hotel departments.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and complete check-in/check-out formalities.
- Verify reservations and allocate rooms.
- Prepare and verify guest bills and collect payments.
- Handle phone calls, emails and room reservations.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations and extensions.
- Handle guest queries,



requests and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, accounts, F&B; and security teams.
- Maintain guest records, registration forms and daily front-office records.
- Maintain proper shift handover and daily reports.
- Follow hotel policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

- Presentable personality.
- Decent personality and professional appearance.
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
