We are seeking a welcoming, outgoing, and organized Cafe Hostess / Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our cafe—greeting guests as they enter, managing table seating, taking orders, and ensuring exceptional service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables or manage waitlists during busy hours.

- Present menus, answer questions about daily specials, and offer beverage/pastry recommendations.

- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and pass them to the kitchen/barista team.

- Serve coffee, beverages, baked goods, and meals promptly and attentively.

- Monitor dining areas to clear used tableware, sanitize tables, and ensure a pristine atmosphere.

- Process customer payments (cash, credit, or mobile app) accurately.

- Assist team members with restocking service stations, maintaining cleanliness, and opening/closing tasks.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous experience as a hostess, server, or barista in a hospitality environment is preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong team player with a willing, hands-on approach.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, mornings, or public holidays.
