Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Horticulturist (1-3 years experience) to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will support landscaping design and execution, provide client consultations, and help deliver high-quality urban gardening solutions.

This role combines technical horticulture expertise, in office execution, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Landscaping & Project Execution

- Assist in designing and executing landscaping projects for residential and commercial clients
- Develop and implement terrace gardens, balcony gardens, and kitchen garden setups
- Ensure plant selection aligns with Bangalores climate and site conditions
- Supervise planting, soil preparation, irrigation setup, and overall site execution
- Nursery management

Team & Operations Management

- Manage and coordinate maintenance teams




- Ensure quality control at project sites
- Coordinate with vendors, nurseries, and suppliers

Client Education

- Conduct workshops and client education sessions on plant care and urban gardening
- Provide post-installation guidance and support

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Horticulture / Agriculture / Landscape Architecture
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in landscaping or urban gardening
- Strong knowledge of ornamental plants, edible gardening, soil health, and pest management
- Good understanding of irrigation systems and sustainable gardening practices
- Ability to manage site teams and handle client interactions professionally

Preferred Certifications Candidates with certifications from recognized institutions will be preferred, such as:

- National Horticulture Board (NHB) Nursery Management Certification
- Certificate in Landscaping Horticulture
- Agriculture Skill Council of India (ASCI) Horticulture courses
- Equivalent certifications from ICAR/NHB-approved institutes
