Gen Alpha Home Tutions is a personalised education and skill-development service providing home tuition and online tutoring across Hyderabad. We support students from Kindergarten to Class 12, as well as learners preparing for CBSE, SSC, IB and Cambridge curricula and competitive examinations such as IIT/JEE, NEET, CUET, CLAT, CAT and UPSC.

We are looking for passionate, responsible and student-friendly tutors who can make learning engaging while helping students build strong academic foundations, confidence and essential life skills.

Position: Home & Online TutorKey Responsibilities

- Teach students from Kindergarten to Class 12 according to their curriculum and learning requirements.
- Conduct engaging one-to-one, small-group and online classes.
- Prepare lessons, worksheets, assignments, practice exercises and revision plans.
- Explain difficult concepts in a simple, clear and student-friendly manner.
- Identify students' strengths, weaknesses and learning gaps.
- Provide regular doubt-clearing and remedial support.
- Conduct tests and monitor academic progress.
- Help students develop effective study and examination strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism and a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods according to the student's age, learning style and academic level.

Responsibilities of Home Tutors

Home tutors should

- Travel to the student's location within Hyderabad.
- Maintain professional conduct in the student's home.
- Follow the agreed class schedule.
- Provide personalised attention to the student.
- Carry or prepare appropriate learning materials when required.
- Maintain a safe, respectful and comfortable learning environment.
- Coordinate professionally with parents regarding schedules and academic progress.

Responsibilities of Online Tutors

Online tutors should

- Conduct engaging classes using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or similar tools.
- Have a stable internet connection and suitable teaching environment.
- Use digital whiteboards, presentations, screen sharing and online resources effectively.
- Share notes, assignments and learning materials digitally.
- Keep students engaged throughout online sessions.
- Use interactive questioning,



quizzes and activities rather than relying only on lectures.
- Record or maintain student progress where required.
