We are looking for a disciplined and responsible Ex-Army professional to manage manpower operations at client sites and represent Authentic Staffing as the companys on-ground representative.
The candidate will be responsible for manpower deployment, attendance, discipline, workforce coordination, employee support, and maintaining a professional relationship with the client.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong leadership, discipline, and team-management skills.
- Experience in manpower supervision, security, administration, site operations, or field operations will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication in English and interpersonal skills.
