Role & responsibilities The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, and consultants to deliver projects that meet the defined objectives and quality standards.

He/she shall also be responsible for cross functional team management as well as stakeholder management with respect to different clients/consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/contractors for project execution.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements, and allocate tasks accordingly.

- Budget and Resource Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track project expenses and ensure projects remain within financial limits.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.

- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, issues, and changes.
- Facilitate meetings, provide clear and concise status reports, and manage expectations.

- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.




- Implement and enforce project processes and procedures.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts as they arise.

- Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and control project performance, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct project reviews and generate status reports for stakeholders.

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Prepare project status reports and deliver them to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Document lessons learned and apply best practices for future projects.
- Reports to EPC head in terms of all projects and their commercial and execution health.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education:
- B. Tech / M. Tech in electricals.

- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role for at least 10-12 years, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

- Skills:
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
