Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in C#, Python, WPF/XAML, MVVM, .NET Core, LINQ, Azure DevOps, and Git.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise-level desktop and backend applications. You will work closely with QA, DevOps, Support, and Business teams to deliver scalable, stable, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, WPF, and XAML.
- Build clean and scalable UI solutions using MVVM, data binding, commands, and reusable components.
- Develop Python scripts, automation utilities, backend logic, and integration components.
- Implement efficient data querying and processing using LINQ.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across UI, business logic, and backend layers.
- Work with Azure DevOps for work items, builds, releases, and CI/CD collaboration.
- Manage source code using Git, including branching, merging, pull requests, and version management.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Perform production issue analysis, root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective solutions.




- Support application deployment, configuration, validation, and release activities.
- Collaborate with QA, Support, DevOps, and Business teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Good to Have
- C++ development, debugging, or integration experience.
- React.js exposure.
- Microsoft Azure / AWS knowledge.
- Experience with enterprise or high-availability applications.
- Production support experience.
- Device integration / serial communication / socket programming.
- Experience working with external hardware interfaces.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong professional experience in C#, .NET Core, WPF/XAML, and Python.
- Experience working in Agile/cooperative delivery environments.
