Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound customer tele-calls.
- Communication for payment reminders and digital debt support.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate degree.
- Experience: Open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of BPO/Tele-calling experience.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Tamil,Telugu,Gujrati & Marathi is mandatory along with basic Hindi/English
