Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Healthcare Recruiter to identify, attract, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring candidates meet the required qualifications, certifications, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Source healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

- Recruit candidates for positions such as

Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medical Assistants, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare roles

.

- Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.

- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, education, licenses, and certifications.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and employment verification as required.

- Verify professional licenses, certifications, credentials, and other compliance documentation.

- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/recruitment system.

- Negotiate compensation and assist with offer management and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.

- Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times,



and hiring requirements.

- Stay updated on healthcare staffing trends, regulations, and industry requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.

- 1–3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing preferred.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare positions, credentials, and licensing requirements.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship-management skills.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, home healthcare, or healthcare staffing agencies.

- Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance.

- Experience with high-volume recruiting.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
