Job Description
Lead the overall B2C sales strategy for the COCO business model.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration across regions.
Manage and optimise sales performance across company-owned retail locations.
Develop and execute plans for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
Build, mentor, and lead large, geographically distributed sales teams.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and customer success teams to enhance business outcomes.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth prospects.




Ensure operational excellence and a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
Drive process improvements, forecasting accuracy, and business planning initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
12+ years of experience in B2C sales leadership roles.
Proven experience managing large-scale COCO retail or consumer sales operations.
Solid track record of delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
Experience leading multi-location teams and scaling sales functions.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Solid analytical capability with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Familiarity with customer-focused, retail, home improvement, consumer durables, or allied
