Role Overview

As a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Core HR, you will drive enterprise-scale HR transformations and lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations. This full time, on-site role in Bangalore requires deep hands-on expertise to integrate modules and guide clients through system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR modules.
Drive system upgrades, with a robust focus on S/4HANA migration and integration projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate enterprise HR requirements into technical solution architecture.
Oversee data migration, system testing, integration, and post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years of total IT/SAP experience,



with a minimum of 5+ years of direct implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
Core Skills: Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR architecture and configuration.
Preferred: Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrade and integration projects.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing consultations.
