Epigroww Global is seeking a agile and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B IT services sales, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to engage confidently with business owners, founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth by identifying recent prospects, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
Identify and engage prospective clients across industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Retail, Logistics, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Schedule, conduct, and manage meetings with business owners, CXOs, founders, and other key stakeholders.




Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions aligned with their requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, quotations, commercial documents, and solution recommendations.
Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions for prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and client onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity tracking.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business, cross-selling prospects, and referrals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within IT Services or Software Development.

Demonstrated success in B2B technology sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
