? We're hiring: Head of Brand & Marketing at Talently

Talently is a tech-first recruiting company building the future of hiring with AI. We've doubled our revenue every year for the past 3 years and are growing fast.

Most of our growth today comes from outbound. Now we want to build a brand that makes founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders know Talently before we ever reach out.

We're looking for a hands-on marketer with 2-6 years of experience who has already built something meaningful at a high-growth, VC-backed startup .

What you'll own

- Build Talently's brand, positioning and voice
- Own founder-led content and LinkedIn
- Build our video and content engine
- Create case studies, reports and hiring insights
- Own our website and marketing collateral
- Work with designers, video editors and agencies




- Turn our recruiting expertise + data into content people want to consume
- Ultimately, make marketing a meaningful source of pipeline

Who we're looking for

- 2-6 years of experience
- You've already built something at a startup - this isn't your first marketing role
- Robust writer and storyteller
- Great taste in content and brand
- Understands LinkedIn, video and modern B2B marketing
- Extremely hands-on - can think, create and ship
- Comfortable working directly with founders
- Experience at a VC-backed / YC / high-growth startup is a major plus
