- We are looking for an experienced Head Methods to lead casting methoding and process development activities for our steel foundry at Kagal, Kolhapur.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing casting methods, including risering, gating, feeding, solidification analysis and casting process parameters.
- The role includes reviewing customer drawings, preparing method drawings, reducing casting defects and improving yield, and coordinating with Pattern, Production, Quality and Technical teams.
- The candidate should have solid knowledge of steel casting metallurgy, foundry processes, casting simulation/methoding principles and practical problem-solving skills.
