Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Lead and manage SAP/ERP systems, including implementation, integration, upgrades, optimization, and ongoing support.

- Provide functional understanding of key SAP modules and coordinate with business users, SAP consultants, and implementation partners.

- Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud platforms, databases, applications, and end-user computing.

- Drive SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC optimization and integration with other business applications.

- Lead digital transformation, automation, and IT modernizationThis

- Ensure effective IT governance, cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

- Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, contracts, licenses, and service-level agreements.

- Work closely with Finance, HR, Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and other functions to identify and implement technology solutions.

- Establish IT policies, SOPs, security standards, and internal controls.

- Lead, mentor,



and develop the IT team while ensuring effective service delivery.

- Provide technology recommendations and MIS/analytics support to senior management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge and hands-on exposure to SAP/ERP systems.

- Experience in SAP implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA / ECC and integration with business applications.

- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and data management.

- Experience in digital transformation and automation.

- Strong project, vendor, stakeholder, and team management skills.

- Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology.

- 10–15 years of relevant IT experience, with experience in managing IT operations and teams.

- Candidates with strong SAP + IT leadership + manufacturing experiencewill be preferred.
