Role & responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Manage offer roll-outs, documentation and pre-joining coordination
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
HR Operations
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation, MIS and compliance records
- Ensure a seamless and positive employee experience
Preferred candidate profile:
•Graduate
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good sourcing, coordination and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
