About the Role

Pronix is looking for a GTM Specialist – CX & Agentic AI Solutions to support our growth in the U.S. enterprise market. The ideal candidate will combine AI market knowledge, GTM strategy, business development, and solution positioning to help generate qualified opportunities and accelerate adoption of Pronix.ai solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute GTM strategies for CX, Conversational AI, Voice AI, Contact Center AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Research target industries, enterprise accounts, buyer personas, AI use cases, and competitive trends.
- Create compelling value propositions, sales plays, pitch decks, solution messaging, and GTM campaigns.




- Support sales teams with account research, discovery preparation, presentations, proposals, demos, and solution positioning.
- Generate pipeline through ABM, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, events, partner campaigns, and outbound programs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, solution architects, AI engineering teams, and technology partners.
- Translate customer challenges into AI Agent, CX, and business automation use cases with measurable business value.
- Track GTM metrics including engagement, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, conversion, and campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in GTM, B2B technology sales, business development, product marketing, presales, or solution consulting.
- Good understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Voice AI, Contact Center/CX, and enterprise automation.
- Experience supporting or selling technology solutions to U.S. enterprise customers is highly preferred.
- Robust communication, research, presentation, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes, ROI, and differentiated value propositions.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across India and the U.S.
