Designation: Group Leader - Utility Projects(Electrical)

Office Location: Halol, Panchmahal, Gujarat

Primary Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule and implement projects of all current and expansion Electricalprojects including 11kv substation, 66kv substation, PDB, PCC, DG set projects and other related electricalfacilities for plant within stipulated time frame and budget.
- Co-ordinate with suppliers for design, specification drawings of electricalsystems.
- Co-ordinate with legal / liasoning government agencies for electricalplan and layout approval implementation.
- Implementation of electrical safety system and compliance across thefacility.
- Co-ordinate with other shop functions for smooth execution of Projectsactivities at site.
- Planning and implementation of maintenance improvement projects toimprove efficiency.
- Drawings approval, BOQ project schedule preparation, Work permitsapproval.
- Investment planning, Process design change, Parameter setting/change.
- Coordination Execution of electricalproject.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Goodworking knowhow on the Utility systems related to operation and Maintenance likeHT / LT breakers, transformers, power distribution system etc.




- Handson exposure in trouble shooting of Power Distribution equipment likeTransformers , Breakers , Power Dist. panels, protective relays, switchyardequipment, DG Sets etc.
- Energymanagement system and know how on SCADA related to substation.
- AutomationElectrical Controls exposure toPLC ,HMI and hard wired controls
- Knowledgeof Project Management- Green Field/Brown Field.
- ElectricalStandard / Liasoning with Government agencies
- Experienceon BOQ preparation, planning schedule and supervision of site activities.
- Knowledgeon Industrial Safety requirements, NFPA NBC norms.
- Basiccomputer skills like MS office, MS project and Auto CAD.
- Goodteam player and excellent communication skill.

Educational qualifications preferred

- Field specialization: Electrical Utility Projects
- Degree: BE/BTech(Electrical)

Required work experience

- Industry: Preferrably Auto OEM
- Years of experience: 5-10 Years
