Position Overview:

As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for handling financial compliance, statutory filings, and company incorporations. This role requires solid organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate financial operations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver productive business establishment solutions, legal licensing, and post-incorporation compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:
Incorporation & Post-Incorporation Compliance
Assist in company formation, licensing, and regulatory compliance
Manage documentation for business incorporation, ensuring all necessary legal approvals
File applications for business registrations, licenses, and regulatory clearances
Track approval status and coordinate with government authorities for processing
Guide clients on legal obligations related to company setup and compliance




Financial Operations & Compliance
Ensure timely filing of statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
Monitor compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 (annual filings, board resolutions, etc.)
Assist in preparation and filing of:
GST returns
Income tax returns
TDS filings
Ensure accuracy and adherence to tax laws, TDS provisions, and indirect tax regulations
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain financial records and compliance with accounting standards
Client Interaction & Advisory
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on legal and financial compliance matters
Provide support on financial regulations and statutory requirements
Address client queries related to:
Business incorporation
Tax filings
Legal documentation
Educate clients on financial best practices and statutory obligations
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare financial state
