Role Overview:
Doing independent research, analyze, and present data as assigned
Expected to work in close collaboration with the EXL team and clients on general insurance actuarial projects for US markets
Stakeholder, Team, and Project Management – Team of actuarial professionals
Critically examine and deep dive into actuarial projects
Delivery Excellence for actuarial team – Deep dive into deliverables, QC, Review and guide team on their day to day tasks and projects
Develop roadmap, plan for actuarial projects and ensure quality deliverables
Prepare detailed documentation for pricing, rate indication, rate revision, rate review, valuation reports and preparing presentations
Assist in learning and development of recent team members
Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
