Job Summary

Sooriya Hospital is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. The candidate will be responsible for creating professional visual content for digital platforms, social media, hospital branding, campaigns, events, and print materials.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create professional designs for social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, standees, and advertisements.
- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creatives for hospital services, health awareness campaigns, medical camps, events, offers, and special occasions.
- Create reels, short videos, promotional videos, and motion graphics as required.
- Edit photographs and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Maintain consistent Sooriya Hospital branding, colours, fonts, and visual standards across all creatives.
- Design promotional materials for doctors, departments, healthcare services, and patient awareness programs.
- Prepare artwork according to printing specifications and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Create presentation designs, certificates, internal communication materials,



and other marketing collaterals.
- Work closely with the Marketing, HR, Doctors, and other departments to understand creative requirements.
- Manage multiple design assignments and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Maintain organized folders and source files for all creative materials.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, social media trends, and visual content formats.
- Suggest new creative ideas to improve the hospital's digital presence and brand visibility.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video-editing software
- Canva / Canva Pro
- Basic knowledge of After Effects is an advantage
- Photo and video editing skills
- Social media creative design
- Valuable understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual composition
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
