About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented GraphicDesigner to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong designexpertise, a sharp eye for visual storytelling, and hands-on experiencecreating engaging content across print, digital, and video formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce high-quality visual content, includingpresentations, reports, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
- Create compelling infographics that simplify complexinformation into clear, visually engaging formats.
- Produce and edit videos for internal communications, clientpresentations, social media, and marketing purposes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideasinto polished visual outputs.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintainconsistency across deliverables.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, often undertight deadlines typical of consultancy environments.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices tocontinually elevate creative output.

Required Qualifications Skills

- 45 years of relevant professional experience in graphicdesign.
- Consultancy background preferred experience working in aconsulting, agency, or client-servicing workplace is a strong plus.
- Strong, hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite,including:
- Photoshop




- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Additional Adobe tools, such as Premiere Pro/After Effects,are a plus
- Proven, demonstrable experience in video editing (corporatevideos, social media content, presentations, etc.).
- Strong expertise in infographic design and creating visuallyengaging, data-driven content.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work,including print, digital, and video projects.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability towork independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret briefsaccurately and translate them into effective visuals.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience working with senior stakeholders or clients topresent and refine design concepts.
- Ability to manage end-to-end design projects from concept tofinal delivery.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-drivenenvironment.
