1.Engineer/Ass.Engineer/GET/ Business Excellence (Plant Improvement & Analytics)

- Job Purpose

Be part of a high-impact central engineering team responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving chronic plant issues. The role focuses on improving productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational reliability through structured, data-driven interventions across departments.
- Key Responsibilities

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring plant issues such as yield loss, breakdowns, quality defects, and bottlenecks
- Identify improvement opportunities across process, equipment, energy consumption, and quality systems
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma initiatives)
- Analyze plant data and generate insights to support decision-making and performance enhancement
- Design, test, and implement solutions including process optimization, automation, and digital/AI interventions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance,



Quality, Utilities) for execution
- Monitor project outcomes and ensure sustainable improvements with measurable impact
- Support standardization, documentation, and knowledge-sharing across plants
- Drive a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence on the shop floor

4. Qualification & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgical / Instrumentation or related fields)
- Experience: 03 years (Freshers with solid analytical aptitude can apply)
- Preferred Traits:
- Strong curiosity for plant processes
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work on the shop floor
- High ownership and learning mindset
