Internship Opportunity: Mental Health Access Initiative – Generalist Intern About the Initiative We are building an initiative to make professional mental-health support more accessible to India’s blue-collar workforce.

The idea is simple: connect qualified therapists who are willing to offer free or subsidised sessions with individuals who may need professional mental-health support but cannot afford therapy at regular market rates. We are currently at the early stage of building and validating this model, and are looking for a highly proactive intern who can help us take this from an idea to a functioning program.

What You Will Work On

As a Project Intern, you will work closely with the core team and take ownership of several aspects of setting up and running the initiative.

Your responsibilities will include: 1.

Therapist

Outreach & Onboarding ● Research and identify qualified therapists who may be interested in partnering with us. ● Reach out to therapists through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and other relevant channels. ● Explain the initiative and onboard interested therapists. ● Maintain a database of therapists, their qualifications, availability, specialisations and preferred languages. ● Coordinate with therapists to understand their availability for free/subsidised sessions.

- Matching & Coordination ● Help match individuals with suitable therapists based on language, availability, requirements and therapist expertise. ● Coordinate scheduling and ensure sessions are successfully completed.

● Follow up with both therapists and beneficiaries to ensure a smooth experience.
- Building the Process Since this is an early-stage initiative, you will not just be executing an existing process — you will help build it.

You may work on: ● Therapist onboarding processes ● Beneficiary eligibility processes ● Matching frameworks ● Communication templates ● Tracking systems ● Feedback mechanisms ● SOPs and workflows ● Basic dashboards and reporting 4. Research & Partnerships ● Research mental-health accessibility initiatives and existing models. ● Identify organisations, NGOs, communities and potential partners who could help us expand the initiative. ● Support conversations and partnership outreach.

- Tracking & Reporting ● Maintain accurate trackers for therapist onboarding, available slots, sessions scheduled and sessions completed. ● Track key metrics and prepare regular updates on the initiative. ● Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, comfortable with ambiguity and excited about building something from scratch.

You would be a good fit if you: ● Are a strong communicator, both written and verbal.

● Are comfortable speaking to strangers and doing outreach. ● Can independently research and find relevant people/organisations. ● Are organised and positive at maintaining trackers and follow-ups. ● Are comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and basic data handling. ● Take ownership rather than waiting for instructions. ● Are empathetic and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. ● Can work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. ● Are genuinely interested in mental-health accessibility and social impact.

What You Will Get

This is an opportunity to work on an initiative from Day 0 and see how an idea is taken from concept → validation → execution. You will work directly with the core team and have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful parts of the initiative rather than working on repetitive support tasks.

Work Details Work Mode: Hybrid Working Days: 6 days a week Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday Weekly Off: Monday Location: Bangalore Duration: [3/6 months] Stipend: 5000 rs.

Who Should

Apply? If you are someone who enjoys building things from scratch, talking to people, solving problems and creating tangible impact, this role could be a great fit. You don't need to know everything when you start. What matters most is initiative, empathy, ownership and the ability to get things done.

To apply: Drop a mail on [email protected] with what drives you towards this and why you are a good fit and we will take it up from there.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
