Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end planning, execution and timely delivery of multiple real estate projects while ensuring quality, cost control, safety and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple projects from planning to completion and handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, cost and manpower productivity.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural, MEP and other consultants.
- Manage contractors, vendors and project teams.
- Review project schedules, BOQs, budgets and procurement requirements.
- Resolve technical and execution-related site issues.
- Ensure quality, safety and statutory compliance across projects.




- Implement value engineering and cost optimisation.
- Conduct project review meetings and report progress to Management.
- Ensure timely snagging, completion and customer handover.
- Build and lead high-performing project teams.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 20 years of construction/project management experience.
- Strong experience in high-rise residential projects.
- Proven ability to independently manage large-scale projects.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, Mivan/Aluminium Formwork, MEP, finishing and project planning.
- Strong leadership, contractor management and decision-making skills.

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
