Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales / BFSI Sales

CTC: Up to ₹4.25 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team to achieve assigned sales targets.
Drive business growth through effective field sales strategies.
Guide, coach, and motivate team members for better performance.
Develop new customer and business opportunities within the assigned area.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure business retention.




Track team performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Candidate Profile
Graduation is mandatory.
2+ years of experience in Field Sales / BFSI Sales.
Prior team-handling experience will be preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a robust business development mindset.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are required.
Candidates with positive knowledge of the Noida market will be preferred.
