1. Drive AI-first transformation and adoption
2. Lead AI-native product and solution engineering.
3. Build and scale AI engineering and full-stack engineering talent.
4. Establish engineering governance, security, cloud, and delivery excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

1. AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI services, or similar.
2. Agentic AI platforms, AI-native workflows, copilots, assistants, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
3. RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, embeddings, model evaluation, and AI governance.
4. SaaS product engineering and scalable solution development.
5. Full-stack engineering leadership using Python, ReactJS, microservices, APIs, AWS cloud, databases, and integrations.
6. Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
7. Cloud-native architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, secure engineering, and scalable application delivery.
8. Leading engineering teams of 20+ members.
9. Working with senior stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and business leaders.
