Royal Thread Factory, the India production arm of Elite Uniforms (Saudi Arabia), manufactures industrial safety workwear — FRC coveralls, pants, and shirts — for oil & gas and industrial clients in the GCC, including projects for Aramco contractors. We are hiring a hands-on Production Manager to lead our stitching unit in Bonkode, Navi Mumbai, drive output and quality, and implement a section-based production system.

Responsibilities

- Plan and run daily production for coveralls, pants, and shirts against order deadlines (export orders to Saudi Arabia). Implement and manage a section-based line system (cutting → stitching sections → finishing → packing) to raise output 40–50%. Balance the line, assign work to tailors, monitor WIP, and remove bottlenecks daily. Enforce stitching quality for safety garments: seam strength, backtacking/bartack points,



measurement specs, and buyer AQL standards. Manage fabric and trims consumption against issued quantities; control wastage and report variances. Maintain daily production and efficiency records; report output, rejects, and repairs to management (WhatsApp/Excel). Oversee machine upkeep (lockstitch, overlock) and coordinate repairs; advise on new machine needs (e.g., bartack). Train tailors on new styles from tech packs and samples; run pilot runs before bulk. Coordinate with the owner and Saudi office on order priorities, shipment dates, and packing lists.

Requirements
- 5+ years in woven garment production, with at least 2 years supervising a line or unit. Experience with industrial workwear / safety garments / coveralls strongly preferred (FR, IFR, or non-FR). Solid knowledge of lockstitch and overlock operations; understanding of bartack requirements for workwear. Able to read specs and measurement charts; basic Excel or willingness to use easy digital reporting. Hindi required; basic English for specs and reports is a plus. Hands-on floor presence — this is a working manager role in a small, fast-growing unit, not an office role

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
