Job Title: Full Stack Developer –.NET & Android (IoT/Barcode Devices)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2–3 years in end-to-end development

Travel: Occasional travel for device testing or client demos

Reporting To: Tech Lead – IoT Solutions

Role Overview

At AOPL, we deliver end-to-end IoT solutions for enterprise barcode and RFID hardware, connecting devices to cloud platforms and mobile applications. This role bridges the backend services and Android client apps, enabling secure, scalable, and real-time data communication between IoT hardware and enterprise applications.

You will work on full-stack development, integrating hardware SDKs, cloud platforms, and mobile applications to deliver innovative solutions across industries.

Core Responsibilities

Backend (.NET)

- Design, develop, and maintain Restful APIs and micro services using.NET Core / ASP.NET.
- Build and maintain database schemas and optimize queries for performance and security.
- Implement cloud integration for telemetry, device management, and data analytics.

Frontend (Android)

- Develop and enhance native Android apps for barcode/RFID handheld scanners.
- Integrate third-party SDKs from hardware vendors like Zebra, Honeywell, etc.
- Ensure responsive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces for enterprise mobile applications.

IoT & Device Connectivity

- Consume device telemetry using Web Sockets, MQTT, or REST APIs.
- Implement cloud-sync features and real-time data exchange.
- Develop Bluetooth, NFC, or Wi-Fi pairing modules for seamless device connectivity.
- Ensure secure communication between devices, apps,



and cloud services.

Full Lifecycle Development

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and testing.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and release management.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, QA, and cloud teams for integrated solutions.
- Support client demos, POCs, and device testing as needed.

Required Qualifications

- 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in.NET Core / ASP.NET and Kotlin for Android.
- Hands-on experience with barcode/RFID handheld devices, including SDK integration.
- Familiarity with IoT protocols (MQTT, REST) and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
- Experience with Bluetooth, NFC, or other device connectivity solutions.
- Solid understanding of Git, unit/UI testing frameworks, and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Exposure to cross-platform frameworks (React Native).
- Understanding of secure communication protocols (SSL/TLS).
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
