Join the team building UAE's digital infrastructure for motor insurance recovery and settlement. The platform connects insurers, garages, banks, and regulators, replacing fragmented manual processes with secure, auditable digital infrastructure built to handle real financial transactions at national scale.

Motor insurance is just the beginning, with plans to expand across the broader insurance ecosystem and other regulated financial sectors across the Middle East.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (.NET Core + Angular) to build enterprise-grade web applications from the ground up. You will own both frontend and backend development of our Insurance Recovery Platform and Garage ERP, designing scalable microservices, secure APIs, responsive user interfaces, and cloud-native applications running on Microsoft Azure.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using .NET Core (C#)
- Build scalable microservices for Claims, Settlement, Disputes, Garage ERP, Job Cards and Estimate Routing
- Develop contemporary Angular applications with reusable components and responsive UI
- Integrate Angular applications with .NET Core APIs
- Design MongoDB schemas and optimize queries
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy with Kubernetes
- Build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Implement authentication (JWT/OAuth2), logging, monitoring, retry logic and error handling
- Write unit/integration tests, perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Experience in FinTech, InsurTech, Banking, ERP or Payments
- Knowledge of CQRS, Event Sourcing, DDD and distributed systems
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Application Insights, Redis and performance optimization
- Ownership mindset and ability to build products from scratch
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Commitment to clean architecture, secure coding and scalability

Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
