Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern who is passionate about building real world web applications and is willing to work across both frontend and backend development.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of web development fundamentals and, preferably, hands-on experience through academic, personal, or professional projects.

This is a 3-month, in-office internship with an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Develop APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Work with databases and perform basic database operations.
- Debug, test, and improve application functionality.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members on real-world projects.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Learn and work with new technologies based on project requirements.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of at least one frontend framework/library such as React.js is a plus.
- Knowledge of backend development using Python, Node.js or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.




- Understanding of Git/GitHub is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Full-Time Opportunity

This is a performance-based internship.

Candidates who demonstrate strong technical skills, learning ability, project contribution, professionalism, and overall performance during the 3-month internship(unpaid) may be converted to a full time employee after successful completion of the internship.
