- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 410+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
- At least 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing o9 platform Demand Planning/ Supply planning/ IBP/ Market along with o9 Trainings and Certifications
- Strong understanding of forecasting business processes.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through hypercare.
- Experience working with global supply chain organizations.
